Market Data. Raw market data (prices, option chains, IV, skew, gamma) is sourced from third-party data providers and external APIs. Such data is subject to the licensing terms and redistribution restrictions of its respective providers. Pulse displays this data for internal educational use only and does not claim ownership of the underlying market data.
User-Generated Content. You retain ownership of any predictions, analysis notes, and observations you create within the app. By submitting such content, you grant Bears Territory LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and use it within the app (e.g., on scoreboards or prediction feeds) in accordance with your sharing preferences.
