These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pulse ("the app" or "the Service"), operated by Bears Territory LLC("the operator" or "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pulse is an educational derivatives intelligence platform. All content—including market observations, volatility analysis, predictions, regime classifications, and alerts—is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

If you voluntarily enroll in SMS notifications, you authorize Bears Territory – Pulse to send automated SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or purchasing any service.

• Message frequency varies based on your selected alerts and platform activity.
• Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by disabling SMS notifications within the app.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not send SMS notifications unless you have explicitly opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time, after which no further automated messages will be sent to your number.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Attempting to access data or features you are not authorized to use
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or redistributing app content
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose

All software, analysis, frameworks, charts, and educational materials within Pulse are owned by Bears Territory LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and subject to their licensing terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bears Territory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any trading or investment decisions made in reliance on app content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
